Carriers

We exchange EDI data with carriers who are currently hauling P&G prepaid freight and are under contract with us. When awarded P&G business, you will be provided with an EDI contact to begin the testing process with. You will be required to use the Kleinschmidt VAN to exchange EDI documents with P&G Physical Distribution. If you have any questions, please contact the P&G person who awarded freight business to your company. Carriers interested in handling P&G business that are not currently under contract can send information about their company's capabilities in the near future by accessing the following Web site: www.pgsupplier.com.

	204 — Motor Carrier Load Tender

	210 — Motor Carrier Electronic Freight Details and Invoice (Inbound)

	210 — Motor Carrier Electronic Freight Details and Invoice (Outbound)

	213 — Motor Carrier Shipment Status Inquiry

	214 — Transportation Carrier Shipment Status Message

	990 — Response to a Load Tender

Retail Customers

Retail customers that are interested in pursuing the P&G electronic load tenders on their backhaul business should complete the Physical Distribution Start-up Form and it will be submitted directly to our NA Physical Distribution EDI department for review.
